Guest Policy

The purpose of the LGRA Guest Policy is to provide a method to allow members to bring guests to the LGRA pool in a manner which does not cause hardship to the members or the organization.

  • Local guests (those who reside in the Richmond area) are allowed only five visits to the LGRA Pool per swim season at a cost of $5.00 a visit or by using a Guest Pass
  • Out of town guests (those who reside outside of the Richmond area and visiting a LGRA member) are allowed admission to the LGRA pool for a period of up to three weeks at a cost of $20.00 per week.
  • The pool is for members only. Members may bring guests with them to the pool for a fee of $5 each, with the exception of holiday parties which is $10. The member must be present to sign in the guest.

Baby Sitter's Pass Policy

The purpose of the LGRA $50.00 Baby Sitter’s Pass is to allow a non-LGRA member to accompany LGRA member’s children to the pool. The Baby Sitter’s Pass only allows the non-LGRA member admission to the LGRA Pool when accompanying children who are members of LGRA.

The Baby Sitter’s Pass does not allow:

  • Persons with a Baby Sitter’s Pass admission to the LGRA Pool without children who are members of LGRA (i.e. alone).
  • Persons with a Baby Sitter’s Pass to bring non-LGRA members (i.e. the non-member’s children, family members or friends) to the LGRA Pool at any time.

Rules are subject to change as deemed necessary by the LGRA Board of Directors.
