Courtesy & Etiquette

In order to provide the safest environment, all parents/guardians should closely supervise your child. The lifeguards cannot do their job if they are “babysitting” small children.
All food and beverages are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the gymnasium. Anyone violating this rule will be asked to leave the area immediately. Children under the age of 10 must be supervised by a parent while in the clubhouse or the gymnasium.
As a privilege, Ice is provided for drinks and coolers. Ice should not be misused.
Use of the clubhouse is a privilege of membership. Abuse of the property is unacceptable.
Members may use the first floor of the clubhouse only. The Upper floors are available for use by rental only.
Please respect users of the adult pool by spending time with your children in the main pool area. Children should not sit on the side of the pool or be seated in the chairs around the pool.
The music is at set volume and there is a list of acceptable stations. Only a select number of board members may change the station, do not ask the guards to change the music.
Coaches and lifeguards may accompany children in the adult pool for lessons or other programs when the main pool prohibits effective instruction.
Lifeguards have been instructed to remove repeat offenders from the pool and may ask children to sit out behind the lifeguard stand for period of time (usually 15 minutes).
Members (adult or children) that are habitual offenders are a disruption to the enjoyment and safety of others at the pool. Should this be an issue, a board member may contact the member or parents in order to reach an appropriate solution. This may include, but is not limited to suspension or revocation of membership without a refund.
In the event of inclement weather, the pool will be closed for 30 minutes after the last visible lightning or sound of thunder. This is at the sole discretion of the lifeguards or manager on duty.
